Cancellation 7 days or more before the appointment
Automatic refund to your credit card within 5-10 business days. No cancellation fee.
Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before the appointment
50% of the amount paid will be refunded to cover preparation costs already incurred.
Cancellation less than 3 days before the appointment
Preparation time and missed opportunities cannot be recovered. Possibility to reschedule the appointment.
